What to write about
- Corrections. If a figure, chart or statement looks wrong, include the page address and what you expected to see. Confirmed errors are fixed and the page's update date is changed when the correction is significant.
- Methodology and data. Questions about how the index or other metrics are calculated. The methodology and FAQ may already answer them.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction or deletion of data you have given us, such as a market alert. See the privacy policy.
- API and RSS. Problems with the public API or feeds. Current availability is shown on the status page.
What we can't help with
We can't give personal investment advice, tell you whether to buy or sell a coin, or help recover funds from an exchange, wallet or scam. We never ask for private keys, seed phrases or passwords — anyone claiming to be us who does is not us.
Listings and promotion
The site does not sell listings, rankings or sponsored placement in its market tools, so paid listing requests will not be accepted.
